The product was designed and developed by Ray Engineering through rigorous simulations and testing.
According to the clients requirement to lift up to 1000kg of manufactured rolls and to move the loaded jack easily without much effort, we carried out FEA and MBD simulations to identify the most suitable linkage design. The wheel locations were decided with respect to the load center variations when the rolls were lifted and lowered. The entire product is fabricated using sheet metals and a bottle jack hydraulic circuit was integrated. The operator can lift and lower the load standing in one position without much effort.
